Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Customers can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time at no additional cost; rescheduling within 24 hours of the service will be subject to availability and may incur a 20% rescheduling fee. If a customer does not show up for the scheduled service and does not provide notice, they will be charged the full cost of the service. In the event of severe weather conditions, services may need to be rescheduled; we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment at no additional cost. We understand that emergencies happen; please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
